Break-even is 2 orders at $25k each. Everything after that is what the show earned.

How to read it

The multiple is expected revenue divided by what the show cost. Anything above one means the first orders alone pay for the stand; repeat business is on top. The break-even line is the number to carry in your head on the last day: how many orders the leads in the bag have to become.

If the multiple is low, the fix is rarely a cheaper stand. It is usually the share worth following up, which is decided at the stand in the twenty seconds after the handshake, and the win rate, which is decided in the ninety days after. Both are covered in the guides: how to work out exhibition ROI and the ninety days after the show.
