What this is
LeadsDex is a web application for capturing and following up exhibition leads. It has a free plan and paid plans, described on the pricing section of the site. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping its password safe. You can reset it from the sign-in screen. Whoever starts a company becomes its admin, decides who joins by sharing a join code, and is responsible for who they let in and for switching people off when they leave.
Plans and billing
The Free plan includes 2 people, 1 show open at a time and 250 leads, for as long as you like. A show counts as open until its end date, and a person counts while switched on. The Team plan is priced per person per month, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, for the number of people switched on when you upgrade; to add or remove seats, write to support@leadsdex.com and the next invoice will reflect it. You can cancel at any time from Settings; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and nothing is deleted when it ends, though the Free limits apply again. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are.
Your data
Everything your team captures belongs to your company. You are responsible for having the right to record the details of the people you meet, and for telling them what you do with those details where the law requires it. We use your data only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy notice. You can export it as CSV at any time and delete it from Settings.
The demo
The demo runs on a sample show. Every show, company and person in it is fictional. Any lead rating, summary or next step it produces is illustrative and must not be relied on for a business decision.
Your use
Use LeadsDex lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses, scrape it, pass it off as your own, or use it to hold data you have no right to hold. Do not enter another person’s personal data unless you are entitled to. We may suspend or remove an account or company that does any of these.
Availability
We work to keep LeadsDex available around the clock, especially during shows, but we do not promise uninterrupted service on the Free or Team plans. Keep your own export of anything you cannot afford to lose. If a feature or plan is ever withdrawn, the site will say so in advance and leave time to export.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, LeadsDex is not liable for any indirect loss arising from use of the site, the demo or team accounts, including loss of data, whether kept in your browser or in a team account. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Content
The LeadsDex name, the Capture Loop mark and the site’s design and copy belong to LeadsDex. Your own data is yours.
Changes
These terms will grow with the product. The date at the top changes when they do, and a material change will be announced on the site before it applies.
